How long does shipping take?
Everything is made to order: production takes 2 to 7 business days, then US standard shipping is 5 to 10 business days (free over $75, otherwise $8) or express 2 to 5 days ($15). International is 7 to 35 business days depending on region. You get a tracking number the moment it ships.
How do the tees fit?
True to size. The Kafir Fitted Tee is a form-fitting Next Level 3600 cut; the Chieftain and Snow Washed tees are oversized, boxy fits. Check the size chart on each product page, and if you're between sizes, go up for a relaxed fit. Exchanges are free within 30 days.
What does "pre-order" mean for the Kafir Snow Washed tee?
You lock in your size now at $38 and the order ships mid-October 2026. Everything else in your cart ships on the normal timeline, so mixed orders may arrive separately.
What's the return policy?
30 days from delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags and original packaging. Email support@zerooneoutpost.com with your order number and we send a return label and instructions. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
Who qualifies for Operator Access, and how do I get in?

Where is your gear made?
Every design starts in Colorado Springs. Production varies by piece: the War Ready Tee is made in USA, the Low-Vis Operator Hat is built on a Branded Bills blank made in Vietnam, and several tees are designed in the USA and sewn abroad. Each product page states the origin.
